Terms and Conditions

Crafty Credits can be used to purchase any items on our online store they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Crafty Credits do not accumulate on freight charges, or on gift voucher claims.

Points do not expire unless you choose to close your account.

If goods paid for with a Crafty Credits voucher are returned, the credits will be refunded back to your Crafty Credits account.

Craft-It reserves the right to terminate the Crafty Credits program at any time by giving notice by email or online.

The quarterly draw is open to Craft-It account holders only and entries will be randomly selected for all enteries prior draw dates. Draw dates are 31st Mar, 30th Jun, 30th Sep, 31st Dec at 5pm EST at Craft-It office premises. Winners will be announced in our newsletter and online providing surname and suburb only and the winner will be contacted by email. The winning prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
