How soon will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders will be shipped the same day Monday – Friday during business hours prior 4pm and if received weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Should there be any delays you will be notified by email.

Can I check the status of my order?
A history of your purchases are held on file for you to review when you log onto your account. Here you will be able to see the tracking number for your order once shipped.

What is the cost of shipping my order?
Pricing is based on Australia Post rates, however spend over $60 and your shipping is free within Australia.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Where customs charges are incurred for orders shipped, these will be passed on to the customer.

Can you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship globally.

What is your return policy?
Any products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced with no charge, please contact us for return instructions and to obtain an assigned return approval number. All claims should be reported within 3 days of receipt.
For product under warranty if still within the warranty period please contact us and these maybe either replaced or repaired depending on the warranty. Any product outside the warranty period we cannot be responsible for. Please contact us to discuss.
Any product not to be found as our product or sold by us will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning goods and Craft-It is not liable for damage or loss of product in transit.
For any returns where there is a change of mind (no pens or markers) and the product has not been opened it can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, refunds will not include shipping charges.
